"Human resources is a management term that should strike fear into the heart of every self-respecting entrepreneur", argues Luke Johnson, chairman of Channel 4. He has radically cut back HR departments in several companies he has run and argues "the business has gone all the better for it." What do you think? Is HR "expensive, bureaucratic hogwash?"
